Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices
- Debug and resolve complex system issues with minimal supervision
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 operations
- Document technical specifications and maintain system architecture blueprints
- Mentor junior engineers during shift transitions
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience (Node.js, Python, Java)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred
