Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Lead code reviews and architectural decision-making sessions
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and security compliance
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience with backend development (Java/Python/C#)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred: Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certification
