Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality data integrity for reporting.
- Reporting: Generate and automate comprehensive night-shift performance reports for leadership using SQL and visualization tools.
- Analysis: Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to support operational improvements during off-peak hours.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless data handoff and alignment on KPIs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data models, scripts, and analysis methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot data pipeline issues that arise during critical operational windows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy in complex datasets.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and reliably during the designated night shift hours.
