Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and reporting structures.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and cleaning of data pipelines.
- Generate regular reports and executive summaries, ensuring they are delivered on time and accurately reflect business performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or financial setting.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
