Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support 24/7 data operations.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity during night shift operations to ensure accuracy.
- Produce weekly and monthly analytical summaries for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
