Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Design and maintain automated ETL pipelines for real-time data processing during night shifts
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document data processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work exposure
