- Analyze overnight operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Generate real-time dashboards and automated reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies during handovers
- Implement data quality protocols to maintain 99.9% accuracy in overnight processing
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for emergency decision-making
- Document data processes and create SOPs for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail under pressure
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
