Responsibilities
- Process and analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies using SQL, Python, and R
- Create automated dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods to ensure data continuity
- Develop predictive models to forecast business KPIs and operational metrics
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards across platforms
- Present findings to stakeholders during morning handoff meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
