Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics during overnight hours, escalating critical issues
- Develop ad-hoc analyses supporting marketing, finance, and operational departments
- Document data pipelines and maintain data quality standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data handover
- Present findings to leadership through concise visualizations and written reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
