Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support strategic business initiatives
- Develop data cleaning processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative reports
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
