Responsibilities
- Analyze nightly transactional datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Generate automated and manual reports for executive leadership before daily operations begin
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data continuity and handovers
- Implement data validation protocols to maintain 99.9% accuracy in critical business metrics
- Support A/B testing initiatives for customer experience improvements
- Document data processes and maintain comprehensive metadata dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record of delivering insights during overnight/shift work
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
