Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify operational inefficiencies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Develop automated ETL pipelines for real-time data processing
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Document data governance protocols and quality metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders during morning briefings
- Monitor system performance during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Experience working night shift or flexible schedules
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
