Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to deliver real-time performance metrics to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with business units to define data requirements and translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks, validation protocols, and documentation
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for marketing, operations, and finance departments during overnight hours
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in overnight or shift-based roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) with portfolio of dashboards
- Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse platforms (Snowflake, Redshift preferred)
