Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and operational efficiencies
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards across systems
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling visual narratives
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehouse environments
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience working in night shift or flexible-hour environments preferred
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or AWS/Azure Data Analytics a plus
