Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market trends and competitive landscapes through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating emerging innovations (quantum, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-proofing organizations
- Partner with R&D to validate and accelerate emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Global mindset with cross-cultural trend analysis experience
