Responsibilities
- Shape the company's vision for 2026 and beyond by conducting in-depth research on emerging trends and technologies.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional analytical, creative, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy.
- Experience in a leadership role, including team management and mentorship.
