- Technical Leadership: Architect scalable, secure, and efficient machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior developers and senior architects alike.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge advancements such as Neural Interfaces and Quantum Computing applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of adapting to rapid technological changes and shifting priorities.
