Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Write clean, testable code following industry best practices and company coding standards
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Debug and optimize existing codebase for performance improvements
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specifications
- Learn and apply new technologies through our quarterly innovation hackathons
Qualifications
- Recent computer science graduate or equivalent self-taught experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to learn quickly
- Portfolio demonstrating personal projects or academic work
