Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure accuracy through rigorous cleaning processes.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate data findings effectively.
- Reporting: Assist in generating weekly and monthly performance reports for management stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Support junior and senior analysts in performing basic statistical analyses to identify business patterns.
- Database Support: Help maintain our data warehouse by updating records and running queries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection workflows and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL (writing queries) or Python is a plus, but we will teach you.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
