Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering raw data from various sources and cleaning it to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that summarize data trends and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract specific datasets needed for analysis projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to understand their data needs and provide statistical support.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a basic understanding of SQL or Python is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot trends or anomalies in large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
