Responsibilities
- Collect and compile data from various sources to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Analyze trends and patterns in historical data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match).
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data simply to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
