Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist senior analysts in performing data modeling, statistical analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
- Document data processes and maintain up-to-date data dictionaries for the team.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise language.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Charts).
- Willingness to learn SQL (Structured Query Language) and Python programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
