Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist senior analysts in developing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements.
- Maintain and update existing databases and data models.
- Document data processes and procedures to ensure clarity for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
