Responsibilities
- Support Data Collection: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to help stakeholders understand key metrics.
- Reporting: Draft weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting trends, anomalies, and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with team members to understand business questions and translate them into data requirements.
- Database Maintenance: Perform basic database queries and data entry tasks to maintain the integrity of our data warehouse.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Basic understanding of SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a strong advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify errors in data and resolve discrepancies.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
