Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and clean data from various internal databases and external sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Support Reporting: Help create and maintain regular performance reports and executive summaries for the management team.
- Visualizations: Build interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key business metrics.
- Data Auditing: Identify discrepancies or errors in data entries and flag them for resolution.
- Trend Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or currently pursuing graduation).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) is mandatory.
- SQL Basics: Understanding of basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) is a plus but not required.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Self-Starter: Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
