Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and verify data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Perform basic data cleaning tasks to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Report Creation: Create and update standard operational reports and dashboards using Excel and visualization tools.
- Support Analysis: Assist senior analysts in conducting statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data findings to non-technical team members in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience or a strong interest in data analytics.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required; SQL knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and discrepancies in large datasets.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying data issues and proposing solutions.
