Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating datasets to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Utilize SQL to query databases and retrieve specific data points for reporting.
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical tasks.
- Track and analyze KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Support the maintenance of existing reporting systems and documentation.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and graphs).
- Familiarity with SQL or experience writing basic database queries.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn new software tools quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
