Responsibilities
- Clean, process, and analyze datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify trends and patterns
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Assist in developing KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Document analysis processes and maintain data quality standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database structures
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) or willingness to learn
