Responsibilities
- Clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL and Python
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Support business stakeholders with ad-hoc data requests and reporting
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior and operational metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and tracking methods
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional data analysis experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
