Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Help Desk Support: Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- System Administration: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Network Support: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure secure network access.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users understand new technologies and processes.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and manage the lifecycle of IT assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote access tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
