Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via the help desk ticketing system.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Perform regular system maintenance, software installations, and hardware upgrades for desktop and laptop environments.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and firewall issues.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to improve internal processes.
- Conduct on-site IT support for meetings and company events as required.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
