Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and cloud-based applications
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on endpoint protection measures
- Support AV conferencing systems and hybrid work infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows OS and network troubleshooting
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
