- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 50+ filings by 2026
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureWorks Academy program
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in innovation strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field + MBA from top-tier institution
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global collaboration
