Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, long-term strategic vision for 2026, aligning business objectives with emerging technological trends.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the creation of annual and quarterly strategic plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and marketing.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex future scenarios to the C-suite and board of directors, turning abstract trends into actionable business strategies.
- Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with key industry players and research institutions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within the technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is highly preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and leading organizations through digital transformation.
