Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and societal trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Design and validate disruptive business models for next-generation markets
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot projects with 5-year commercialization horizons
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning sessions to guide investment decisions
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and speaking at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
