Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future market trends and disruption vectors
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with 2026 societal shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Track record of influencing C-level decisions through data-driven insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
