As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate tech disruptors. You'll lead immersive foresight workshops using AI-powered scenario planning tools and present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate AI) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps using proprietary foresight methodologies and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align on future vision
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external investors through compelling data narratives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with venture studio to scout and evaluate emerging startups for strategic partnerships
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools, system dynamics modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
