Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead executive workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Produce strategic white papers and predictive models for board-level decision support
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and academic partners for cutting-edge research
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present future scenarios to C-suite clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-shaping roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author on exponential technologies or societal transformation (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's Two Loops, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of successful 5-10 year strategic roadmaps implemented by Fortune 500 companies
