- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging paradigms
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage a dedicated foresight lab team of researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Track record of driving organizational transformation through future-oriented strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology and societal evolution
- Experience building and leading high-performing foresight teams
