Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate vision strategy using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready technologies and methodologies
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for cutting-edge research
- Design and deliver strategic workshops to embed future-thinking across all departments
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts affecting long-term business viability
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategic innovation
- Experience leading cross-organizational change initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
