- Develop 2026 strategic frameworks with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation
- Design resilience strategies for systemic disruptions (climate, geopolitical, technological)
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
- Present findings to executive boards and investor committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from foresight-to-execution projects
