- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-proof solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports influencing $500M+ product portfolios
- Spearboard partnerships with academic institutions and futurist networks
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies and societal trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
