Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 impact potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on joint research initiatives
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for next-gen autonomous systems
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor a cohort of 10+ futurist interns through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or systems theory
- Proven experience with Delphi methodology and causal layered analysis
- Deep expertise in climate tech, quantum computing, or neuro-interfaces
- Fluency in futures literacy frameworks (e.g., Three Horizons, STEEP-V)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
