Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to business opportunities
- Produce quarterly future-state scenario reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
