Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on future disruption and opportunity
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026's most pressing challenges
- Maintain a 'Trend Radar' dashboard tracking 50+ forward-indicating metrics
- Advolve executive teams on long-term risk mitigation and innovation positioning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership (e.g., TEDx, WEF)
- Mastery of forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Advanced data literacy in Python/R with experience processing unstructured trend data
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
