Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into future scenario models
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings on disruptive technologies and market disruptors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Establish global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., APF, CSSP) highly valued
