- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive white papers
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with global clients
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, foresight, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
