Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to forecast industry developments for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-state priorities
- Research and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Produce executive-ready reports and presentations translating complex foresight into actionable strategy
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotechnology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
