Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) or equivalent practical experience
