Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, sociology, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients through 2030+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future literacy into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with quantifiable risk/reward matrices
- Build and maintain proprietary trend-sensing networks with academic and industry partners
- Advolve executive leadership on emerging paradigm shifts and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning or trend analysis at Fortune 100 level
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofing initiatives
